How to load a whipped cream canister

  1. Chill everything — cold cream whips best, and a cold whipper holds pressure better.
  2. Fill the whipper with cream, never past the max-fill line (500ml on the Skywhip Pro).
  3. Add sugar or vanilla now if you want them — then screw the head on firmly.
  4. Load the gas: screw an 8.2g charger into the holder until you hear it release, or connect your tank’s regulator hose.
  5. Shake 3–5 times, turn the whipper nozzle-down, and dispense.
